TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AI Operators LLC (“AI Operators,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and govern your access to and use of our websites, products, and services, including:

Any related pages, checkout links, portals, communities, tools, software, trainings, templates, automations, or services we provide (collectively, the “Services”)

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) ELIGIBILITY

By using the Services, you confirm that:

You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement

2) ACCOUNTS AND ACCESS

You agree to:

No sharing: Unless your purchase explicitly includes multiple seats/users, you may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or give others access to your account or purchased materials.

AI automation implementation, consulting, and support

Digital products (templates, SOPs, prompt packs, playbooks)

Training programs, workshops, coaching, and live events

Subscriptions (monthly/annual)

Community access (private groups, calls, events)

We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

4) PRICING, BILLING, AND PAYMENT TERMS

Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payments

By purchasing, you authorize AI Operators LLC (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for:

The purchase price

Any applicable taxes

Any recurring subscription fees (if applicable)

Any payment plan installments (if applicable)

Payment plans

If you select a payment plan:

You agree to pay all installments on schedule

Missed/failed payments may lead to access suspension and/or collections

Payment plans are installment obligations toward a fixed total (not a cancel-anytime subscription unless explicitly stated)

5) REFUNDS

Because many offerings are digital and/or delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on what you purchased and what is stated on the checkout/offer page.

Default policy (unless your offer page states otherwise):

Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase

Refunds may be denied if:

The product has been delivered and accessed/downloaded

A service/implementation has started or time has been reserved

The offer is clearly marked “no refunds”

We detect abuse or refund fraud

To request a refund:

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (processor timing varies).

6) SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTO-RENEWAL (IF APPLICABLE)

If you purchase a subscription:

It renews automatically unless canceled before the renewal date

You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

Canceling:
Cancel via your billing portal (if available) or email [email protected]. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Failed payments may result in suspended access until resolved.

7) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (OUR CONTENT)

All rights, title, and interest in the Services and AI Operators materials are owned by AI Operators LLC or licensed to us, including:

Branding, logos, and trademarks

Videos, trainings, templates, SOPs, playbooks, written content

Software, automations, workflows, frameworks, systems, and methodologies

Limited license to you:
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased materials for your internal use only, unless we grant additional rights in writing.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell our materials

Share access with unauthorized users

Reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit our systems

Use our materials to create or sell competing products/services

8) YOUR CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you submit to us (“User Content”).

You grant AI Operators LLC a limited license to host, store, display, and process User Content only as needed to provide the Services.

You represent and warrant that your User Content:

Is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge

Does not infringe third-party rights

Does not violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property laws

9) ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Services to:

Break any law or encourage unlawful activity

Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate

Upload malware or attempt to hack or disrupt systems

Spam, scrape, or abuse automation in a way that harms systems or others

Misrepresent affiliation with AI Operators LLC

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10) PRIVACY AND COMMUNICATIONS

Your use of the Services may also be governed by our Privacy Policy (as published on our websites).

By providing contact information, you consent to receive:

Transactional messages related to purchases, access, security, and service updates

Marketing messages only if you opt in (unsubscribe available)

You cannot opt out of essential transactional communications.

11) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may rely on third-party platforms (payments, hosting, analytics, communications, AI providers). Third parties may have their own terms and policies. AI Operators LLC is not responsible for third-party outages, changes, or failures.

Testimonials and case studies reflect individual experiences and are not guarantees. Results vary due to many factors, including effort, timing, market conditions, and implementation quality.

AI outputs may be inaccurate

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before using them in your business.

No guarantees

We do not guarantee outcomes, revenue, profit, leads, performance, or results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

14) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AI Operators LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AI Operators LLC in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15) DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION (OPTIONAL)

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve disputes informally.

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration (where permitted), rather than in court, under rules of a recognized arbitration administrator.

Class action waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action.

If you prefer court-based dispute resolution instead of arbitration, remove this section.

16) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Operators LLC and its team from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your violation of law

Your infringement of third-party rights

17) TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

Fail to pay amounts due

Engage in abuse, fraud, or harmful behavior

Create legal or security risk for AI Operators LLC

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations already owed.

18) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our websites with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.

19) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
